Grouper are all over. Combine 3 oil to create the Enchanted Coral (Vashj'ir quest item), then find Gnash, which shouldn't be difficult. The coral has a 30 yard range, so use it before entering combat to drop an 82 elite with 120,692 HP that hits for ~5-6k on cloth down to a level 82 with 38,933 health that hits for 700-850 on cloth. Killing Gnash will automatically end the quest.
