Sepulcher of the Sky

Sepulcher of the Sky is an area where the Skyhorn village of tauren honor their dead in Highmountain.
The area is also a Highmountain Tauren digsite. Completing Oenia Skyhorn's quest line will permanently buff the player so that whenever they enter the area, the Bluewax kobold mobs will be neutral to them.
