• There is such a long road ahead, but to be denied the chance to walk it... I am starting to wonder if I was sent here by mistake.
• Becoming a Watcher sounds so difficult... but if I could give souls another chance at life... is that not a worthy purpose?

• At least this is a pleasant place to wait.
• I have so very much to learn--but at least there is no rush. After all... it is not like anyone can ascend right now.

• Bastion is such a wonderful place. They tell me the sky was filled with anima, before things went awry. I should dearly like to see it as intended.

• They told us to wait here until the anima crisis was resolved... I do not even know how long ago that was. I am starting to think this drought will never end.
• At least the stewards are very nice, and I can eat as much as I want without gaining weight! Haha!
• Patience, they say! Well I don't see a Paragon of Patience sitting around, do you?!
• Do you have news from the Archon? Is the drought over at last?!
• I sacrificed my entire life to come here, and it was beautiful. Hopeful. It is still beautiful, but they promised me I would grow and become the best version of myself. Instead I am stuck here, growing more bitter by the day. This could not be what was intended, could it?

• To be honest I'm not sure how any of this works. They told me I would gain a new form once I completed my first cleansing, but precious few have been able to complete the ritual since the drought began.
