Scarlet renegades

The Scarlet renegades, led by Joseph the Awakened, are rebels of the Scarlet Crusade. They seek to reform the order after having realized the evil corruption of the Crusade. The Renegades seek redemption after the actions of the Crusade and have thus aligned themselves with the Alliance. They ask for their aid to seize control of the Crusade. After the Scarlet Monastery's quest chain, the renegades' coup d'état is a success but the organization's leadership has unfortunately fallen into insanity, similar to their predecessors (albeit without demonic corruption).

Seeing how the Crusaders have rebuilt, upgraded the monastery, and are still being led by High Inquisitor Whitemane during Mists of Pandaria, it is probable that Joseph's forces weren't strong enough to eliminate the corruption and fell before the Scarlet Crusade during the coup attempt.
