Speak with Avaros Dawnglaive at The Barracks in Orgrimmar.

Avaros Dawnglaive, a senior Blood Knight and advisor to the warchief, requires your presence in Orgrimmar. He has taken an interest in your training,, and it is imperative that you speak with him immediately.

The message I received didn't mention the reason he requested your visit, but you should set out for Orgrimmar right away. Avaros Dawnglaive can be found at The Barracks in the Valley of Honor.
