Witch Doctor Unbagwa

Witch Doctor Unbagwa is a jungle troll witch doctor located in the Spirit Den, a cave in Mistvale Valley in the Cape of Stranglethorn.

While the player is on Stranglethorn Fever (quest), Unbagwa offers the repeatable turn-in quest The Heart of Mokk. In exchange for one Gorilla Fang, he begins to summon waves of gorillas: first an Enraged Silverback Gorilla, then Konda, and finally Mokk the Savage, who drops the Heart of Mokk required for Stranglethorn Fever.

If any of the gorillas aren't intercepted, they will attack and quickly kill Unbagwa, forcing the player to wait until he respawns in order to turn in the repeatable quest again for another attempt.
