Ancient Teachings

Ancient Teachings is a Mistweaver monk talent.

It is an exclusive choice node with Clouded Focus.

• Ancient Teachings is a buff, not a passive, and uptime must be maintained by using Faeline Stomp (or Essence Font). Faeline Stomp has a 20 seconds base cooldown compared to the 15s uptime of the buff; thus if Faeline does not reset, then Essence Font may be required to fill in the uptime gap.
• Healing conversion is only triggered from the three single target melee abilities (Tiger Palm, Blackout Kick, and Rising Sun Kick), although extra Blackout Kick hits from improvement talents (Teachings of the Monastery and Ancient Concordance) will trigger Ancient Teachings.
• Spinning Crane Kick does not trigger healing conversion via Ancient Teachings; however, it does trigger healing conversion via Awakened Faeline instead.
