Ratgusher is a charred behemoth located at in the Desolate Hollow of Calcis in the Maw. Surrounded by a huge number of Feasting Mawrats, the creature is actually 10,000 mawrats in a suit of armor.
He also drops Belt of Ten Thousand Tails.
