Thamarian

Thamarian is a night elf located on the Auberdine docks in Darkshore. He gives directions to the different boats that provide passage from Auberdine to other locations in the world.

After Auberdine's destruction during the Cataclysm, he is nowhere to be found and isn't mentioned in any quests.

On the northern dock, you can board a ship that will carry you to Rut'theran Village and Darnassus. From the southern dock, you can find passage across the Great Sea to Menethil Harbor on Khaz Modan. Safe journeys to you!
