Pustulent Horrors are flesh giants found in Mord'rethar: The Death Gate in Icecrown.
Empowered versions appeared at the outer walkways of Icecrown Citadel during Death Rising.
- They drop Flesh Giant Spine for Basic Chemistry.
- They drop Pustulant Spine for Against the Giants.
- Pustulent Colossus, which also drop the same items for the quests.
