The Ball of Tentacles teaches you how to summon Slippy, an octopus companion.
This item can be looted from Grumbling Sac, which is produced by the alchemy formula Transmute: Meat to Pet (Battle for Azeroth).
These creatures are able to control each arm individually, which allows for great multi-tasking, and the ability to give the best hugs.
