Squeaking Swiss

Squeaking Swiss is found inside a crate in the Obsidian Rest of northern Zaralek Cavern, not far from Koshlahki, the cooking supplies vendor of camp. Dragonflight Cooking (50) is required to see the cheese.

Interact with the cheese to pick up a piece of Fine Aged Cheddar and the Recipe Rat (item). Then use the rat every five minutes to pick up a Ripped Recipe Scrap or five. More Fine Aged Cheddar will keep the rat around.

Thirty scraps teach Ratcipe: Charitable Cheddar, which can eventually grant players the Roland (rat) pet via the The Gift of Cheese achievement.
