Swim in the water separating Darkspear Strand and Echo Isles. Crawler Mucus is randomly dropped by the Pygmy Surf Crawlers and Surf Crawlers. Intact Makrura Eye is randomly dropped by Makrura Clackers and Makrura Shellhides. Non-melee attacks work best against the makrura to have a better chance of them dropping the eye.
