Tower of War

The Tower of War is built just outside the commander's garrison when it reaches tier 3. It houses a portal to Ashran and serves as a hiding place for civilians during garrison invasions.

The Lunarfall tower is labeled "Tower of War", but the Frostwall tower is labeled "Tower Of War".
The Lunarfall portal dismounts players, but the Frostwall portal does not.
