Attention!

A reward is being offered for the death of the murloc "Murkdeep". This foul beast is known to be responsible for the death of at least one Sentinel, and is suspected of causing the sinking of at least two cargo vessels in the waters off Darkshore!

Murkdeep was last spotted at a hutted murloc camp south of Auberdine, and is thought to be protecting the huts there. Reward claims for this bounty should be claimed with Sentinel Glynda Nal'Shea in Auberdine.

The Auberdine Village Council

Murkdeep is not a regular mob, instead he is part of an event that takes place whenever anyone ventures between the three huts, near the bonfire, far south of Auberdine at the coast. When the event is triggered, three level 13 Greymist Coastrunners will come out of the sea and attack. When these are killed, two level 15-16 murlocs will come out. When these are eliminated, Murkdeep himself will spawn in the company of another level 15-16 murloc. Due to this amount of adds before fighting Murkdeep himself, it is recommended to have a group before triggering the event.
