Empty Fish Barrel

The Empty Fish Barrel is found at the Hissing Grotto in the Waking Shores after dancing on the dancing mat, revealed by the Aquatic Shades in the Bubble Bath. After the barrel has been filled with 100 Frigid Floe Fish, 25 Calamitous Carp and the Kingfin, the Wise Whiskerfish, it will turn into an Overflowing Fishing Barrel.
