Vin

Vin is a draenei child found in the Cathedral Square of the Alliance capital of Stormwind City. She can be found standing with her dog Dotty near a lamp, behind the orphanage. She is known to be quite fond of balloons, and even enlists the aid of Alliance heroes to retrieve ones that she has lost.

• Blown Away (Alliance)

• Her Horde equivalent is Jaga.
• Upon turning in the five Windswept Balloons to Vin, she proceeds to float upward and away (but will return later).
