Rip and Tear (PvP talent)

Rip and Tear is a Feral druid PvP talent, available at level 25.

• Rip and Tear behaves as if both Rake and Rip were cast normally, but at the same time. As a result, the Rake portion can benefit from both of Rake's usual stealth bonuses (a 4-second stun and 60% increased damage).
• Rip is applied as if it was cast with 5 combo points, giving it a 24 second duration.
