Dream Shards are used in high level enchants as a reagent, and also as a currency to purchase enchanting recipes from Vanessa Sellers <Shard Trader> in Dalaran.
Obtained by Disenchanting level 165+ items, either crafted or looted, and rarely obtained by disenchanting level 152+ items. One can also merge three Small Dream Shards to create this item.
