Buy some arcane powder from a reagent merchant, get vials from an alchemy merchant, and pick some blood nettle in the Valley of Wisdom.

The Crystal Vials can be bought from an alchemy vendor two doors down from Droffers & Sons. The herbs are in the Valley of Wisdom and are quite thick behind the Tauren class trainers. The Arcane Powder can be purchased from a reagent vendor against the outside wall of Grommash Hold.
