Echoing Horn of the Damned

The Echoing Horn of the Damned is a massive horn perched on the Helmouth Cliffs in Stormheim. In the Maw of Souls dungeon, it is used to summon the Naglfar after the defeat of Ymiron, the Fallen King.
Although physically present in the Stormheim overworld, the horn is only named and interactable in the dungeon.
