This could be learned from trainers; or from, a World Drop mostly reported off of creatures in Scholomance, Stratholme, and Blackrock Spire.
They could be traded into certain NPCs for Thorium Arrows, the arrow equivalent of these shells:
- Alliance: Artilleryman Sheldonore in Ironforge via Arrows Are For Sissies.
- Horde: Bounty Hunter Kolark in Orgrimmar via A Fair Trade (Orgrimmar).
