Mantle of the Fire Festival is a cosmetic shoulderpiece purchased from Midsummer Suppliers or Midsummer Merchants for 100 Burning Blossom in capital cities. Equip all three of the mantle, Vestment of Summer and Sandals of Summer then at a Ribbon Pole to earn the achievement Burning Hot Pole Dance.
