Break Him

Break Him concludes the Winterpelt Language Skill 50 portion of the Winterpelt Furbolg storyline. The next quest starts at Skill 75 with Path of Trust.

Find Saza and kill the large worm, Icebreaker.

• Saza Found
• Icebreaker slain

You handled those little worms with such ease!

However... Saza hasn't come back. The giant worm, Icebreaker, has been hunting us for weeks. It took two of our elders while we gathered food and injured me when I tried to avenge them. And now, with Saza missing, I fear the worst.

Find Saza, and get rid of that worm!

You will receive:

• Reading Glasses
• 9,500 XP
• +6000 reputation with Winterpelt Furbolg

We can't leave without Saza.

So. It was Icebreaker?

<Matron Fherg cries out in a mournful howl.>

Our bright, brave cub... Oh, Saza...

Anyone here would gladly give up their lives in trade for Saza's. Icebreaker's death brings some comfort, but it will not bring her back.

Saza's loss will be felt by all of us.

Head west of the tree to find Icebreaker on a small island in the river surrounded by the corpses of two Unstealthy Elders and a Frostsnout Bear. Defeat it, then loot Saza's Blade from the corpse. Uh oh. Further west in the river is the corpse of Saza...

Her corpse has gossip:

• <Saza seems to have passed away from serious injuries.>

The blade starts Returning the Blade. Turn it in at Winterpelt Hollow after completing this quest.

Back at Winterpelt Hollow, several characters have gossip:

• Old Lanza: [[File:Break Him - Old Lanza gossip.jpg]]

• That was quite an adventure. One I don't want to repeat.
• I hope to retire from needing to stealth.
• Matron Fherg: [[File:Break Him - Matron Fherg gossip.jpg]]

• The Winterpelt still must take action, to venture into the world.
• The time of sitting and waiting as the world rolls past us must end. We appreciate your outlook on these strange cultures we have yet to meet.
• Reunited Elder: [[File:Break Him - Reunited Elder gossip.jpg]]

• I'm relieved to be home with my family!
• Little Toz: [[File:Break Him - Little Toz gossip.jpg]]

• What do you want, outsider?
• Glohza Brightfur: [[File:Break Him - Glohza Brightfur gossip.jpg]]

• It's so nice to have our elders back again. The village felt so empty without them here.
• Thank you, new friend.
• Elder Mhaz: [[File:Break Him - Elder Mhaz gossip.jpg]]

• I am glad I was able to see Saza one last time. It is better to focus on the smile she brought to us.
• She wanted us to believe in you, and that's what I'm going to do.
