Overseer Akrath

Overseer Akrath is an Adherent of Rukhmar and the leader of the Apexis Excavation that accidentally stumbled upon a large ruin filled with Apexis technology. He controls the Apexis turret, using it to carve away chunks of mountain, and to incinerate any Arakkoa Outcasts that try to flee. He has lost a fair bit of pocket change in the cushions of the Overseer's Chair he uses to operate the turret. When adventurers encounter him he has killed two Enslaved Outcasts using the turret and has a third cornered.
