Transforming the Tinker into a Robo-Goblin, a powerful armored form is the ultimate ability of the Tinker.

The term robot is used to describe constructs that are at least partially technological. (It also applies to characters piloting suits of steam armor, though.) Some can be controlled by remote, piloted, or run on their own programming. Robot is a synonym for mechanical.
