Blackhand Doomsaw
Last wiki revision 2021-11-14
Blackhand Doomsaw is a two-handed polearm with a powerful wounding proc.
This item dropped from Warchief Rend Blackhand in the Hall of Blackhand in Upper Blackrock Spire. Drop rate was approximately 10%.
- As Rend attacks you with it, it is most likely his personal weapon.
- One noticeable fact is that Leeroy Jenkins is carrying this weapon in the video.
