Pick up both quests before heading out. Southeast of the Winterpelt Hollow village proper is a frozen-over lake full of Charfrost primalists and elementals, and dead Winterpelt Foragers. Kill the former for Frosty Foraged Foods and loot the latter for Winterpelt Jewelry.
