Fel wolf

Fel wolves are either skeletal demonic-wolves brought to life by the and the Burning Legion, or wolves corrupted by fel magic. They were found on alternate Draenor, and on the Broken Isles during the third invasion of the Burning Legion

Infernal Direwolf is rewarded from Glory of the Hellfire Raider.

A Tiny Infernal Collar is rewarded from A Fel Puppy Of My Own.

Living fel wolves are normally not tamable by hunters. The only exception is Felbound Wolf, which can be made tamable as part of the wolf family by using Vial of Fel Cleansing.

Skeletal fel wolves are tamable as part of the hound family. They are classed as undead beasts; only undead hunters can tame them by default while hunters of other races must first learn the skill from a Simple Tome of Bone-Binding.

• The skeletal fel wolves use the same model as hell hounds and skeletal hounds, with a fel-colored texture.
• The living fel wolves are similar to void wolves.
• Skeletal fel wolves were formerly classified as demons but were reclassified as undead in patch 9.0.1 to allow taming as undead beasts. Living fel wolves remain classified as aberrations or demons.
