Elementalist Utrah is an orc found north of the Dark Portal in the Blasted Lands.
Since she has a green skin, it is likely that she was to be a member of the True Horde and joined with the Iron Horde when they began their invasion. Or she could be part of Okril'lon Hold and switched sides during the attack.
