Titanium Seal of Dalaran

The Titanium Seal of Dalaran is a reward from the achievement The Coin Master. Using the item will show your character tossing the coin, landing on heads or tails.

The coin is sent to you in the mail from Jepetto Joybuzz in Dalaran, along with the following note:

You only need to right-click on the coin to flip it. You can do so while moving, but you can only stand in place to catch it.

• emote

If caught it will result in either:

• emote
• emote

Originally, it appeared that you could only "catch" this when you were in Northrend.
