Improved Pestilence
Last wiki revision 2023-01-10
Improved Pestilence was a death knight Draenor Perk, available as early as level 91, though it was not guaranteed to be acquired until level 99.
It replaced Improved Heart Strike (Draenor Perk) during the alpha, then was removed when the Draenor Perks system was revised to reduce the total number of perks during the beta.
