CHAT MSG ADDON

Fires when the client receives an addon message. CHAT_MSG_ADDON: prefix, text, channel, sender, target, zoneChannelID, localID, name, instanceID

• 2. text: - The message body
• 3. channel: - The addon channel's chat type, e.g. "PARTY"
• 4. sender: - Player who initiated the message
• 5. target: - The channel index and name, e.g. ; or for the "WHISPER" chat type, same as
• 6. zoneChannelID: - Seems to be always 0
• 7. localID: - The channel index or 0 if not applicable.
• 8. name: - The channel name or an empty string if not applicable.
• 9. instanceID: - Seems to be always 0
