Blackout Kick

Blackout Kick is a monk ability.

• Teachings of the Monastery allows Tiger Palm strikes to store up and stack free extra casts of Blackout Kick, and in turn these stacks makes it easier to quickly reset the even more powerful ability Rising Sun Kick. Shadowboxing Treads allows Blackout Kick to cleave and strike multiple targets. While Windwalker gets access to both of these talents, they are also the only specialization which has a chi cost on Blackout Kick. The other specializations instead have a short cooldown timer.
