Broker Ve'nott

Broker Ve'nott is a broker located on the boss floor, just before the layer boss in Torghast, Tower of the Damned. Unlike his compatriot Broker Ve'ken (on floor three), Ve'nott does not provide a refuge from the Jailer's Chains or any torments.

Ve'nott sells a handful of (nearly)-always present items:

• Locked selection
• Plundered Anima Cell (1/2)
• Ravenous Anima Cell (1)
• Obscuring Essence Potion (2)
• Blinding Smoke Capsules (4/5)
• Rejuvenating Siphoned Essence

He also sells a large number of class/spec/covenant-specific powers based on whoever is in the instance, including:

• Obleron Talisman (1)
• Obleron Winds (1
• Curious Miasma (1)
