Rugfizzle

Rugfizzle is a goblin quest giver located at the Fizzle and Pozzik's Speedbarge in Thousand Needles. He is the one rescued from the outhouse by Horde adventurers.
During the Annual Fizzle and Pozzik's Speedbarge Boat Race, Rugfizzle was the pilot of the Freebooters' Fire.
