Peter Galen

Peter Galen is a human artisan dragonscale leatherworking trainer located at a camp in the Ruins of Eldarath east of the Forlorn Ridge in Azshara. He taught Alliance leatherworkers the dragonscale leatherworking specialty.

After patch 2.0.3, to unlearn Dragonscale Leatherworking, Peter would tell players to first go see Narain Soothfancy in Tanaris, just north of the Steamwheedle Port. Narain pointed you to the book on the table which would teach the player either Dragonscale, Elemental or Tribal leatherworking.

Dragonscale specialization could also be learned with Peter, but it cost.
