Concussion

Concussion is a talent that increases the damage done by your Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Thunderstorm, Lava Burst and Shock spells.

Concussion is most worthy of consideration for Shamans who use the affected spells often, and compared to Convection (shaman talent) would be preferred if the Shaman is concerned about failing to eliminate targets rapidly. It is strongest to a Shaman investing further in the Elemental tree, and Shamans who are devoted to destruction might consider getting both Concussion and Convection.
