A Blackrock Armor Set will equip a garrison follower with item level 630 armor.
This item can be found in salvage crates, randomly awarded from missions when the level 2 or 3 Salvage Yard is built at a garrison.
Also, follower missions occasionally award a Armor Enhancement Token, which can create this item. Additionally, the following level 100 garrison follower missions award one:
- Auchindoom!
- Iron Horde's Blackrock
