The Goggles of Gem Hunting are used to detect sunken treasure and gems off the coast of the Arathi Highlands.
Constructed by Doctor Draxlegauge, Professor Phizzlethorpe empowered the goggles with an enchanted stone in a cave in Faldir's Cove.
