The Archaic Shrine is found in the Highborne Estates in Nazjatar. Activating the shrine, will cause eighteen Ancient Motes to spawn. After floating around for a bit, they'll settle on the floor, where they can be run over, to add a stacking buff. The buff Ancient Mote of Power will bolster speed by 2% per stack and damage by 4% per stack.
