Tempest-Smith can be found in The Eye in Tempest Keep.

• Can buff all Crystalcore NPCs which increases their damage to an unreasonable amount.
• Throws a bomb that incapacitates all targets within range for 3 seconds as well as dealing 3k damage.
• Throws fragmentation bomb (reduced armor by 5000) and deals 2.5k damage.

• Vulnerable to all Stun effects.
• Typically safer to Sap then apply Polymorph.
• If not kept crowd controlled, they will boost their Crystalcore allies, rapidly wiping the raid.
