High Explorer Muninn Magellas

Muninn Magellas is a dwarf quest giver located in the Library in the Hall of Explorers in Ironforge. He is affiliated with the Explorers' League. He is committed to steering the League and gaining valuable insight on the mistakes of the past.

Muninn Magellas has had an insatiable curiosity for history and arcana since he was a small boy. Now, as the patron of the Explorers' Guild, his childhood wish has come true. Magellas is responsible for mapping out the world and cataloguing its various species, relics, and treasures for the generations to come. Employing a small army of Prospectors, Magellas has sent his agents all over the world to gain knowledge and insight for his people. Like King Magni, Magellas was grieved to hear of Brann's loss.

Muninn tried to decipher the phrases from Tablets of the Earth and was present at the ritual in Old Ironforge, where he translated the unknown language spoken by Magni and Belgrum during the ritual to Anduin Wrynn. After the king turned to diamond, he was completely aghast.

Following the Argus Campaign, he arrived to the Hall of Explorers to meet with Magni Bronzebeard who spoke about Azerite. Muninn immediately agreed to send a team from the Explorers' League to Silithus.

Few people are familiar with the excellent, and unofficial, relationship between 7 and the Explorers' League, which leads Muninn to hide precious missives in a cache under the carpet at the entrance of the Hall of Explorers for the agents of the SI:7.
