The Massive Treasure Chest is located Terokkar Forest. You're provided with the key to open the chest when you accept the quest.

Opening this chest will cause dozens of zombies to appear all around the chest (about 20yds away) forming a circle around you. They are fairly weak, but it's wise to either run quickly away or have some AoE with you.
