Quel'Zaram, High Blade of the Lion

Quel'Zaram, High Blade of the Lion was one of two known weapons wielded by Anduin Lothar (the other was the Great Royal Sword).

The item drops from Time-Lost Battlefield in the Dawn of the Infinite.

Lothar discovered this weapon on his youthful adventures with Llane Wrynn and Medivh. The sword impressed Medivh and he dubbed it Quel'Zaram - Thalassian for "high blade". The weapon's current whereabouts are unknown. This greatsword draws out the inner strength of the wielder, which manifests as a swirling golden glow about the blade.

• Quel'Zaram may be related to the blades of Quel'Serrar and Quel'Delar, the prismatic blades bestowed by the dragonflights upon the elves.
• The RPG stated that "Quel'Zaram" means "High Blade" in Thalassian. "Quel'Serrar" may be the Darnassian equivalent for "High Blade".
