Treasures of Deathwing is a vignette event found in Neltharion's Vault in Highmountain.
During In Defiance of Deathwing, find the Titan Waygate that teleports the player to a small chamber. Click on the Highmountain Brazier:

- Waves of Conjured Defenders and Titan Defenders appear from portals.
Kill them until the portals disappear and a Glimmering Treasure Chest spawns.
