Frostilicus

Frostilicus is a named unbound water elemental found within Frostwhisper Gorge in Winterspring. According to the quest "Damn You, Frostilicus" (see below), he is the leader of the water elementals that now occupy Frostwhisper Gorge. They seeped from the ground when the earth shook and the bridge collapsed (probably due to the shattering), forcing away the ice giants that previously lived there. He is rather large and uses a number of frost spells.
