An Old Key

An Old Key is found at just outside the mine of Admiral Taylor's Garrison in western Spires of Arak. The key opens Admiral Taylor's Coffer inside the town hall. Standing next to the chest, a ghostly Steward Donal has this to say:

• I seem to have misplaced my key to Admiral Taylor's coffer. I know I had it a moment ago, but now everything seems so hazy.
• The last I remember, I was enjoying a book under a tree somewhere nearby. I'm not quite sure where, though.\n:I seem to recall large stones... and for some reason a painting of a death's head... but that is all.

Exit the town hall and cut through the wall to the south to head toward Admiral Taylor's Farm. Outside the farm is the entrance to a mine, where a skeleton (Steward Donal's body?) is perched up against a rock with a book in one hand, looking forward at a skull-and-bones sign, with An Old Key behind him on the rock.
