- Gossip
- <He appears to be listening to something you cannot hear.>
- Synthanos and Niena are a tribute to two characters created by the roleplayer Elia Bladeleaf of the Wyrmrest Accord US realm. This NPC's gossip text references the fact that the roleplaying characters Synthanos and Niena share a telepathic connection.
He may be related to Lorelae Wintersong.
