Zindaralash is a dracthyr located in the Valley of Honor in Orgrimmar. She is speaking with a pair of Orgrimmar Grunts.
As I was just telling these grunts, their barracks appear reasonably sturdy. But I can't determine if the chains and studs add to the defensive capabilities of the fortress, or if they're merely decorative.
